Both permit hotspot use. Klook has the larger published high-speed allowance in this comparison; Airalo’s stated slower tier is less restrictive. Neither number proves actual reception or speed at your hotel.

Use that as one benchmark: select a Klook package that covers your whole trip and meets the same data need, then compare its final quote in the same currency. Read the refund conditions before activating
The listing states a full refund before connection. For connection problems after use, it describes a possible full refund after low usage, or a partial refund plus additional KlookCash after higher usage. It does not define those usage thresholds in the terms we reviewed, and Klook reserves discretion. Treat a post-activation refund as conditional, not automatic.
KlookCash cannot be exchanged for cash, so distinguish account credit from money returned to your payment method. Check the cancellation policy for the package you actually select before activating it.
Save your package details and purchase confirmation. If the connection fails, record the error and contact the merchant through the eSIM booking. Those records make a support request more useful than saying only that the internet was slow.
