Takinogawa Inari-yu (Kita)

A traditional bathhouse at 6-27-14 Takinogawa, Kita, six minutes on foot from either Itabashi or Nishi-Sugamo Station. The operator dates the present building to 1930; the Tokyo bathhouse association records its registered cultural-property status. The baths offer different temperatures, useful if you prefer a less-hot tub. Adult admission is ¥600. Open 15:00–00:30; closed Wednesdays with one additional consecutive closure each month.
