Akebono-yu is at 4-22-3 Adachi, Adachi-ku, a five-minute walk from Gotanno Station. The local bathhouse association lists wood-heated well water, changing medicinal baths, an open-air bath and a sauna; this is not evidence of a natural hot spring. A natural-spring bathhouse at 6-16-11 Nishi-Kamata, Ota, two minutes on foot from Hasunuma Station. Its 2017 redesign uses a Taisho-era theme; the operator describes the spring water as pale yellow-brown, rather than the deep black water found at some other Ota baths. A traditional bathhouse at 6-27-14 Takinogawa, Kita, six minutes on foot from either Itabashi or Nishi-Sugamo Station. The Sumida Kogane-yu is at 4-14-6 Taihei, around six minutes on foot from the north exit of Kinshicho Station; do not confuse it with Kogane-yu in Shinjuku. Its separate morning session makes it an option for an early bath, while sauna admission is an additional service.
