Musashi-Koyama Onsen Shimizu-yu (Shinagawa)

This is the Shimizu-yu at 3-9-1 Koyama, Shinagawa, near Musashi-Koyama Station—not the bathhouse of the same name in Minami-Aoyama. The operator lists two natural springs, dark kuroyu and golden water, plus open-air baths. Adult bathing is ¥600; sauna access adds ¥500, making ¥1,100 in total. Open 12:00–24:00, starting at 08:00 on Sundays. Closed Mondays except public-holiday Mondays.
